Condominium Documents*: $75.00 (Includes Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, Rules and Regulations, By-Laws)
*These documents can be accessed via your online portal at no cost.
Bank Questionnaire Request:
1-3 pages: $125.00
3+pages: $155.00
Please note that the typical turnaround time for requested documents and/or questionnaire is 4-5 business days from return of completed form along with payment.
Documents/questionnaires cannot be expedited.
There is a $10.00 processing fee for payment by credit card.
