Hodan Property Management is a full-service property management company committed to fulfilling all of your property management services needs.


  • Assist clients in the preparation of an annual operating budget.

  • Prepare and distribute Year-to-Date Budgeted versus Actual Income and Expenses analysis.

  • Establish, maintain and reconcile individual client operating and/or investment bank accounts.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.

  • Collect all assessments and/or monthly charges due and deposit into the appropriate client account(s). We are currently pleased to offer our clients the ability to pay any amounts due via electronic funds transfer eliminating the need of writing a check.

  • Receive, review and approve all vendor invoices and prepare all checks for the payment of invoices in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and distribute a monthly summary of all receipts and disbursements. 


  • Assist client in a competitive bidding process for non-emergency services which may be necessary on the property

  • Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for property in accordance with any policy set forth.

  • Perform regular site inspections of the property.Ensure that all requests for repairs and/or maintenance are handled in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

  • We are pleased to offer our clients with 24 hour emergency services and handle any and all emergency calls on a priority basis.

  • Keep client fully informed of the condition of the property advising them of any major problems and/or report any trends for repairs and maintenance necessary to the property.


  • Assist the client in the coordination and preparation of annual meetings.

  • Assist the client in the procurement of all insurance coverage and provide assistance to client in the event of an insurance claim.

  • Receive and investigate any and all complaints regarding rules violations and ensure that all complaints and/or rules violations are handled without delay.
